About us
Spluga Pizzeria Contemporanea is a historic venue that for years has welcomed guests with a wide selection of pizzas and local menus.
Always family-run, it is now managed by Alfio Colombo, chef and pizzaiolo, a sourdough enthusiast, who in 2023 introduced a new concept: his gastronomic approach blends with pizza to create a new format to discover.
He bids farewell to the beloved family trattoria to devote himself fully to gastronomic pizzas, bringing gourmet cuisine to pizza.
Thus you will find lake fish or pork ribs, vegetables and local products proposed on the doughs created by Alfio.
